By creating an account or using Bekaar, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Prohibited Items policy.

Bekaar is a free peer-to-peer barter platform. Users list products or skills and arrange swaps with other users. Bekaar does not take custody of items, process payments, or guarantee that any swap will occur.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bekaar.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, photos, and messages.

You must own or have the right to offer anything you list.

New listings may be reviewed before appearing in the public feed.

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our policies.

Swaps are arranged directly between users. Bekaar is not a party to your swap agreement.

Meet in safe public places when exchanging items. You assume the risks of in-person exchanges.

Some high-risk swaps may require additional platform approval.

You may not use Bekaar to:

Users can rate swap partners and report listings, profiles, or exchanges.

We may warn, suspend, or ban accounts based on reports, policy violations, or risk signals.

We may cancel active offers when an account is suspended or deleted.

Bekaar is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user conduct, item condition, failed swaps, or losses from in-person meetings, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
