Listings, photos, profile information, and chat messages are user-generated content (UGC). By posting, you confirm you have the right to share that content and that it follows our policies.

New ads are reviewed before publication.

Automated checks scan listings for prohibited keywords and website links.

Our moderation team reviews user reports and may remove content or restrict accounts.

Repeated or serious violations can result in a permanent ban.

Tap Report on any listing, profile, or swap to flag content to our team.

Include clear details so we can investigate quickly.

False or abusive reports may lead to action against your account.

You can block users from your profile or a swap. Blocked users cannot send you offers or messages.

Manage blocked users from Profile → Blocked users.

Prefer public meetup locations for exchanges.

Do not share your home address in listings or public chat.

Inspect items before completing a swap.

Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, report it and walk away.
